1-2-1 TRAINING SESSIONS
Purchasing one of my monthly plans is the most cost-effective and consistent way to train with me. And since some months are longer than others, at times, your monthly plan will even include bonus sessions (depending on your scheduled training days)! All sessions take place in person for 60 minutes, and all sessions must be used within the month of purchase.
PRICING:
Single Sessions: £75
Pure Plan (block of 4): £200 per month (£50 per session)
Bold Plan (block of 8): £360 per month (£45 per session)
Liberty Plan (block of 12): £480 per month (£40 per session)
Liberty Plan PLUS (block of 16): £560 per month (£35 per session)

GROUP SESSIONS & WORKSHOPS
Want me to deliver a special session around sprinting or fitness?
Whether you’re a school, sports club, corporate group, or simply a group of friends; and whether you’re looking for something fun or educational (or both!), I’ve got you covered.
These sessions can be delivered at New River Sport & Fitness in North London (N22), remotely at your location of choice, or even online!
Sessions are priced on request & can be tailored to your specific needs.
FYI
I provide in-person sessions at New River Sports Centre in North London. You will need to pay for access to the centre in order to train with me, paid separately/directly to the centre on a pay-as-you-go (£5) or monthly basis (£33). Alternatively, if you are happy to train outdoors, there is a park opposite the site that we can utilise free of charge.
